In developing a reporting system, the Consultants proceeded from the fact that it should be:

  • targeted and specific, in user-friendly form,
  • have a minimum amount of data, covering the most important parameters,
  • future-oriented (aimed at developing a plan of further actions),
  • meet to efficiency principles.

The system of informative and managed set of financial and non-financial performance criteria of responsibility centers provides the matching of the enterprise’s objectives and responsibility centers. These criteria are interrelated and restrict each other.

The reporting system is designed to provide the management decision-making and control over the activities of the responsibility centers evaluating the qualities of their managers.

The analysis (hereinafter “the Analysis”) of the enterprise’s operation is carried out in order to assess the enterprise’s activity and the way of getting the information by management for decision- making.

Objects of analysis

The objects of analysis are the accounting centers in accordance with the Regulations on the enterprise’s Registration Centers:

  • The company on the whole,
  • Its structural units,
  • The enterprise commodity objects,

  as well as the company's employees performing their individual plans aimed at achieving the Units’ plans.

Subject of analysis

The subject of analysis is the performance indicators reflecting the achievement of the enterprise’s short-term and long-term goals.

The enterprise routine performance is reflected in the indicators assigned to units and, accordingly, the staff, and served as the enterprise performance assessment in a production breakdown by product lines.

The plan fulfillment is estimated by analyzing the indicators of the enterprise and its units. The performance indicators, their relationship at all levels of the enterprise organizational and commodity hierarchy have been developed in realizing the consulting Project.

Analysis of indicators

The analysis of indicators is carried out on the basis of the developed reporting system for the Enterprise including the main part and applications.

The planned and analytical indicators are reflected in the main part. The activity evaluation of the enterprise/units/employees, as well as deviations from planned targets and their reasons are carried out on the basis of those indicators.  The information which helps, if necessary, to deepen the comprehension of the report’s main part is presented in the applications.

The list of indicators and their annexes for evaluating the enterprise /units / employees is prepared within the Project’s frames.
