The purpose of the consulting project was to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Company’s operational management.
Within the frames of this work the following steps have been done:
- The analysis of the existing organizational structure, business processes and management accounting was carried out.
- The Company’s main business processes were optimized and described.
- The Company’s organizational structure corresponding to its strategy was optimized and implemented.
- The Company’s management accounting system was improved and implemented:
- The responsibility centers were determined;
- The analysis of costs, costs and revenues distribution in the responsibility centers (departments) was carried out, the key product prime cost was determined;
- The flexible budget system (including the methodology of some expenditure ratio calculations) was developed.
- The system of structural departments and personnel accountability, which helped take management solutions, control the activities of the responsibility centers, evaluate the work of managers and the Company’s effective management of product portfolio was developed.
- The basic procedures and formats were formalized; the organizational structure regulations, departments and job descriptions for key managers, practical recommendations on the composition of professional staff management were developed.
