The Management Solutions Ltd. Consulting Company was established on the basis of the Center for Business Planning and Management (CBPM). It was the Project initiated by the Government of the Leningrad Region and USDA in 1996. The range of services aimed at improving the management of clients' business was expanded with the Company’s reorganization.

Currently, the Management Solutions Ltd. renders consulting services for medium and large businesses. The consultants’ work results in increasing transparency and developing the client's business. The reference direction of our Company’s activity is the management consulting:

• Investment planning and fundraising;
• Increased loyalty and transparency of the customer base - preparation for the CRM implementation;
• Services in developing the Company’s regular management system (tree of objectives and incentive system, budgeting and management accounting, business process optimization, organizational design);
• Technical assistance concerning investment activity state support in the Leningrad Region and other Russian Regions.

Currently, the Management Solutions Ltd. is an accredited consulting structure of the Government of the Leningrad Region with the following Certificate of Accreditation: "With the right of implementing consulting activities at the Government of the Leningrad Region." The Company renders consulting services to the St. Petersburg Administration. Also, it conducts client projects in the North-West Territory of the Russian Federal Region.
