In terms of the owners’ vision and the enterprise’s strategic goals, the changes were made to the existing business processes. The consultants used the "As is" - "To be" Methodology in their efforts to optimize the business processes.
Based on the information provided by the Company’s management and key employees, the “As is” passing order business processes were prepared at the enterprise in the form as they operated at the beginning of the work. As a result, the main problems were identified.
Within the frames of the present research, the consultants conducted a detailed discussion of the current situation, strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise’s current local processes. The prepared business processes demonstrate how the "new" organizational structure is going to function.
In the Project’s course, the final versions of the following business processes: "Order", "Sales (orders of third parties)", "Request Handling and Order Processing", "Purchases of raw materials and components", "Manufacture and sale of own collection " have been prepared, discussed and adopted.
In particular, due to the fact that the task of developing and implementing the enterprise’s own lineup was formulated, the Marketing Unit is supplemented to the "manufacturing and selling» business process. It regulates the lineup developing process and tests it on the market.
All the optimized business processes are prepared in the IDEF 0 Standard.
