Development and Investment Activity of the Leningrad Region), where the investment cost amounts and the investment project payback periods are estimated.
Developing a financial plan of the investment project.
This service includes:
- advice on optimizing the investment project financial plan (the MFN application in the Leningrad Region);
- development of the investment project financial plan.
Developing a business plan of the investment project (narrative and financial parts of the plan)
This service includes the development of business plan regular sections of the investment project in accordance with the requirements of the Government of the Leningrad Region.
The expert opinion development on implementation the investment project, including the actual payback period calculation.
This service includes the experts’ statement on the validity of the investor’s calculations concerning actual parameters of the investment project implementation to be submitted to the Government of the Leningrad Region.
