The Center for Business Planning and Management Non-commercial Partnership developed a business plan for the ROSTAR Vsevolozhsk Ltd. to build a plant producing aluminum cans in Vsevolozhsk District of the Leningrad Region.
The Project was done at a high level. It allowed the ROSTAR Vsevolozhsk Ltd. to conclude a contract on implementing its investment activity in the Leningrad Region without any complications.
