The Center for Business Planning and Management Non-commercial Partnership in the capacity of the authorized expert organization of the Leningrad Region has successfully proven itself cooperating with the ROSSTRO Central Company of the Investment and Construction Financial and Industrial Group, namely, the ROSSTRO JSC Project in constructing the Austrian production line for producing the VELOX wood chips cement license plates used as  fixed  construction formworks.

The Management Solutions Ltd. developed a business plan and fulfilled an expert evaluation for the Economy and Investment Committee of the Leningrad Regional Government to make a decision about concluding the Contract "On Investment Activities in the Leningrad Region."

While working on the documents, the Management Solutions Ltd. team performed timely the assigned tasks and made suggestions for improving and optimizing the Project’s business plan, defended the Client’s interests in the authorized bodies.

In general, the Management Solutions Ltd. work was distinguished by a high professional level and completed with achieving the set goal: the Government of the Leningrad Region made a positive resolution granting most favorable conditions in implementing the VELOX Project.
