Ivanov, the Director and Mr. Mikhail B. Bugaev, the experts, for organizing and conducting the "Business Planning of Cultural Institution Non-budgetary Projects" Seminar at the highest level.

First of all, I would like to note the excellently developed teaching methods, the highest level of instructors’ qualification, their remarkable patience and attention to the Seminar participants.

Professionalism, sincere enthusiasm, charisma helped the instructors establish a wonderful creative atmosphere. Due to this, many interesting ideas have been developed and will be realized in the nearest future.
