The “round table” discussion on topic "The procedure of investment activity state support" (hereinafter - the procedure) has been held in the Committee for Economic Development of Leningrad Region. The consulting firms accredited to the Government of the Leningrad Region, including the Management Solutions Ltd., have been invited to discuss the draft of the Procedure.

The Procedure is developed in accordance with Paragraph 6 of Article 1 of the Regional Law as of December 29, 2012 № 113-oz "On state support of the organizations engaged in investment activities in the Leningrad Region and Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Leningrad Region." It determines the rules of concluding, introducing alterations, supporting, preterm termination of contracts providing state support of investment activities, as well as its control. The alterations to the current investment Legislation have been proposed by the Consulting companies.
